Pay Membership Fee
After submitting the Enrollment Request Form we will confirm availability or place your child on our waitlist. If space is permitted you will receive an invoice requesting payment for the membership fee. Your spot will not be reserved until the membership fee has been paid through your Brightwheel account. The membership fee is $50 per family. Membership fees are paid annually and are non-refundable. We will verify that the space is still available and reserve your child’s spot!
Finally, complete all applicable childcare forms. Once approved for enrollment you will be sent the following forms through your Brightwheel account.
Parent Handbook Parent Signature (Required)
Health Enrollment Packet (Required)
Medical Statement (Required)
Infant Care Form (Required 6 weeks to 18 months of age)
Request for Administration of Medication (If applicable)
Medical Care Plan (if applicable)
